You will provide care across wellness, dentistry, diagnostics, surgery, and senior pet health, while those choosing the MD path will also lead teams, set policies, and influence medical standards.
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
- Valid California veterinary license and ability to maintain necessary registrations
- Strong clinical skills in diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry, or willingness to grow in those areas
- Leadership experience or interest, especially for those targeting the Medical Director role
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
