A respected, privately owned mixed animal practice in Lander, Wyoming, is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative and community-focused team. Position Details
- Schedule: Four-day workweek, no routine weekends. Emergency call rotation shared among the team.
- On-Call Pay: $1.50/hr standby pay, emergency case bonuses (averaging ~$10K/year in additional income).
- Caseload: Small animal primary care, surgery, dentistry, and wellness; equine and livestock services split evenly within the large animal portion.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 for an experienced mixed animal veterinarian.
- Production Bonus: 23% of production over base (ProSal, no negative accrual).
