We are proud to be privately owned for over 40 years. We are looking for an exceptional veterinary receptionist, 3-4 days a week, about 27-35 hours a week. Ideal candidates would have a solid customer service experience and enjoy client communication and education. Start pay $24/HR DOE. Veterinary receptionist experience preferred. This position is in need of someone who can offer clients the level of personalized, compassionate care that they have come to expect from our clinic. Must have the ability to work independently with critical thinking skills, while also enjoying working as a team for the shared mission of treating our patients with the same level of care we would provide our own pets. Strong commitment to patient/client care with a friendly and caring nature is required. Must have reliable transportation and computer literacy. Duties

- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and files
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks
- Handle payments, invoices, and billing processes
- Provide basic information on pet care and services offered by the clinic
Experience
- Knowledge of animal care practices and veterinary terminology
- Experience and familiarity with various animal species
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Computer literacy for managing front desk tasks efficiently
