We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead our Manassas, VA location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with confidence, integrity, and a “can-do” attitude who thrives on helping customers and growing business.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including point-of-sale (POS) management, cash drawer balancing, and deposits
Manage and train staff, ensuring the team is motivated, productive, and delivering excellent service
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with purchases, orders, and equipment questions
Manage inventory levels for store stock, equipment, and parts; supervise the Parts Counter team
Order and receive inventory; prepare annual stocking orders for brands like Stihl, Husqvarna, and Toro
Monitor sales trends and work with management on sales goals and strategies to drive growth
Manage the service shop, review open service orders via status, ensure service orders are being moved through the queue, parts are being ordered (coordinate with parts person) and customers are called and units picked up in a timely manner
Manage customer orders including reviewing orders, creating customer orders, and contacting customers when products arrive
Interface with commercial and municipal customers, building strong relationships while ensuring accurate quoting and securing the most competitive pricing.
Ensure the store is well-merchandised, clean, and visually appealing

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of management experience, ideally in lawn and garden equipment sales, tractor supply, or hardware retail (Ace, Tractor Supply, etc.)
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team of 3 direct reports
A proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people
Confidence, integrity, and willingness to learn
