About the Role
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and expand our presence in the I-29 Corridor. This is an exciting opportunity to build the territory from the ground up, identifying new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with farmers and distributors. This remote role involves direct sales, distributor management, and in-field customer engagement.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow a new sales territory, identifying key markets and customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with farmers and distributors
- Educate customers on the benefits of our premium agricultural products
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet sales targets
- Travel extensively (up to 75%) within the I-29 Corridor to engage with clients directly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a territory from scratch
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to effectively communicate technical product information
- Willingness to travel extensively within the I-29 Corridor
- Experience in agricultural sales or the dairy industry is a plus
