Job Description: Our client is seeking a Clinical Director to take on a leadership role across several small animal practices. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing clinical standards and ensuring high-quality patient care
- Mentoring and developing veterinary, nursing, and support staff
- Contributing to practice operations and day-to-day decision making
- Managing client communication and resolving complex cases with care
