\r\n\r\nJob ID: R2000585097 \r\n \r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Do:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tObtain update from prior shift (including DP times, load types, non-retail load update, other critical information) \r\n\tReview operational +/-, identify labour required by load time availability \r\n\tReview emails, confirm all loads are printed and drivers are assigned a match (reconcile), ensure loads are being completed \r\n\tOrganize retail loads, non-retail loads and consolidate \r\n\tSelect drivers based on operational needs and assign suitable route \r\n\tAssign drivers via driver app\r\n\tProvide update to following shift upon their arrival (including DP times, load types, non-retail load update, other critical information) \r\n\tAnswer incoming calls as needed \r\n\tReconcile loads in Transportation Management System to ensure they are accurately built how the load was executed\r\n\tAudit & review invoices for processing\r\n\tBuilding and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Need:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various individuals, from upper management to drivers \r\n\tAbility to work in multiple systems and applications, with a quick ability to learn \r\n\tTeammate, who is willing to assist others when needed \r\n\tAbove average decision making skills \r\n\tStrong customer service skills \r\n\tStrong computer and technical skills\r\n\tFinancial understanding is preferred\r\n\tPrior experience in a transportation environment is preferred \r\n\tNightshift coverage (8 weeks) while others are on vacation (7PM -7AM)\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nLoblaw is committed to sustainability by sourcing products with integrity and making a positive difference in the community.
