\r\nOur client is looking to hire a Field Service Representative for North Carolina, South Carolina, NE Georgia & Eastern Tennessee. The Field Service Representative supports dealers in an assigned region in preventing and solving after sale service issues for products. This client is looking for an employee that lives in one of the states in the service region.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSolve customer service needs with required urgency\r\n\tUnderstand the product line and service needs\r\n\tServe as the after sales service rep for dealers and customers for an assigned region\r\n\tCommunicate in person or answer calls and respond to inquiries regarding questions on after sales service, parts, product uses or applications\r\n\tConduct training presentations aimed at teaching dealer personnel\r\n\tSupport the sales activities and goals of the Territory Manager in the region\r\n\tAssist with new product introductions and relay market trends\r\n\tCommunicate with and advise dealership service management on a quarterly basis\r\n\tConduct product evaluation for assigned products in development in the assigned region\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nDESIRED PROFILE:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Mechanics or Agricultural Engineering Technology is preferred\r\n\tKnowledge of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, welding and torch cutting\r\n\tAbility to communicate with dealers, customers and other employees to share information and solve problems\r\n\tValid drivers license\r\n\t\r\n\tInterested in this Opportunity?
