Job Description: Our client is seeking a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a progressive small-animal service, with the option for an established veterinary duo to co-lead. You’ll set clinical direction across two nearby clinics, shape standards and pathways, and build a bonded client base while practicing thorough, evidence-led medicine in a well-equipped environment.
Qualifications Needed:
- Postgraduate training/certification in surgery or significant surgical experience is welcomed
- Proven ability to coach others, steward clinical governance, and collaborate across teams
- Organized, calm communicator who can balance patient care with service development
