Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive first-opinion team in a modern, well-equipped setting. You’ll work across consultations, routine soft-tissue surgery and dentistry, with access to advanced imaging and scoping to investigate medical cases thoroughly. You’ll enjoy a 4-day pattern with 20-minute consults, steady caseload variety, and a team culture that values organized days and clear communication.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding structured 20-minute consults that end with clear, written care plans
- Owning routine and occasional emergency soft-tissue procedures (GDVs/ex-laps/C-sections where appropriate)
- Using dental radiography, ultrasound and endoscopy/bronchoscopy/rhinoscopy to drive decisions
- Keeping crisp, decision-focused records and sensible follow-ups for continuity
- Sharing know-how with junior colleagues and collaborating closely with an engaged RVN/reception team

Four-day week (≈40 hours) with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings only
