AgRevolutionis hiring a Sales – Parts Support Specialistto join our team in Lexington, KY. In this role you will be focusing on selling and managing agricultural parts, assisting with service needs, and ensuring the success of our clients in the agriculture industry.

What you will be doing:
- Promote, sell, quote and fill agricultural product/parts orders and/or services to meet or exceed customer needs using parts catalogs/systems.
- Supply Service Technicians with parts as required.
- Coordinate and verify receipt of shipments, assist with placing stock in their proper inventory locations and processes related payments.
- Assists in keeping areas clean and orderly.
- Manage stock shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.
- Assist in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
- May be required to operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Operate within all Inside Sales budgets assuring a high level of service to our customers.
- Evaluate, assist in planning of inventory.
- Manage all dealer activity by maximizing use of software and hardware systems for distribution, assuring efficient service to all sales disciplines.
This job is for you if you have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience working with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment.
- Previous experience working in a parts / aftersales role within an automotive, industrial machinery/equipment or related business.
- Previous experience using parts catalogs, systems and managing information utilizing a computer application system.
- Have an in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Parts, Service departments.
