Sales Agronomist - Madison, NE
Sandramere Seed & Supply is hiring a Sales Agronomist to drive sales and grow our business across seed, crop protection products, and biologicals in the Madison, NE area.
This relationship-driven, field-based role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with ag knowledge, a hunter mentality, and the ability to prospect, close new business, and build lasting partnerships with growers.

Our team partners with farmers to deliver individualized crop consulting, soil sampling, and nutrient management planning, all with the goal of helping them maximize yield and profitability.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect, sell, and grow new accounts across seed, chem, and biologicals
- Manage customer relationships and serve as a trusted partner to area farmers.
- Collaborate with internal agronomy experts to deliver technical support when needed.
- Provide basic agronomic consulting such as in-season scouting and crop planning.
- Use CRM and digital tools to track activity and manage data.
- Represent Sandramere at farm visits, grower meetings, and industry events.
What You Bring
- Outgoing, people-first personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Sales background in ag retail, seed, crop protection, equipment, or related industry.
- Working agronomy knowledge
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with technical experts.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a 4-wheeler; comfortable working in outdoor conditions.
