Your Role:
The Part-time General Affairs & HR Support Specialist (Part-time, 4 hours per day, 6month Contract)will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling selected GA and HR-related tasks.
The role will primarily be remote (work-from-home), with flexibility in task allocation depending on business needs. In certain cases, the position holder may be requested to visit the office when necessary. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage assigned tasks effectively in coordination with the General Affairs and HR teams.
Your Responsibilities:
General Affairs (GA) Support :
Process purchase orders (PO) and vendor registrations.
Assist in general administrative duties assigned by the GA team.
HR Support :
Assist with selected HR administrative support tasks (e.g., documentation, system updates).
Remote Work :
Handle assigned tasks online using corporate IT systems, MS Excel, and other business tools.
Adjust to task reassignments or new assignments depending on business needs.
Attend the office only if specifically required.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in general affairs, HR support, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in Excel and IT systems commonly used in multinational companies.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
