What You’ll Be Doing
· Be the face of our practice—greet clients with a warm welcome and make them feel at ease.
· Manage bookings and ensure follow-ups are scheduled.
· Educate pet owners about our services and products in a caring, helpful way.
· Recommend services, treatments, and products to support pet health.
· Keep things running smoothly—coordinate client arrivals, departures, and emergencies.
· Handle paperwork, insurance claims, and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
· Learn about pet health, medications, diets, and retail products.
What We’re Looking For
· Strong customer service skills (hospitality or retail background? Perfect!).
· A multitasker who stays cool under pressure.
· Someone who loves animals (of course!).
· Someone who preferably has a background in animal care
· A team player with great communication skills.
· Availability for weekdays, evenings & some Saturdays.
· A positive, can-do attitude.
