Job Description: Our client is seeking a capable and enthusiastic mixed-practice veterinarian to join a rural outreach clinic centered. You will work across dairy, beef, deer, sheep and occasional equine services, combining herd health planning, on-farm visits and individual animal care. You’ll be part of a team that values modern methods, sustainability, and strong farmer relationships.
The role provides flexibility in scheduling (3–5 days per week), involvement in disease investigations, and collaborative work with experienced colleagues. You’ll support preventative health strategies, perform diagnostics, and assist with emergency calls in your region.
You will also contribute to improving farm productivity by advising on mineral, fertility, parasitology and nutrition programmes in the Central Plateau district.
