At Vitacress Salads, we believe farming is more than a job, it's a way of life. As our Mullens Farm Administrator, you'll be at the heart of a pioneering team that's passionate about growing fresh, sustainable produce while caring deeply for our people and the land.
You'll play a vital role in keeping our farm operations running smoothly by:
- Being responsible for processing seed orders
- Managing farm stock through our ERP system
- Ensuring our seasonal teams are supported from recruitment through to induction
- You'll also authorise payroll, track production data, and help monitor compliance across health & safety, property, and farm assurance standards.
Working closely with our farm managers to prepare for audits and customer visits, you'll help us stay on top of technical data and micro analysis. You'll be the friendly face that seasonal staff turn to, offering pastoral support and a warm welcome.
This is a four day a week role based at Mullens Farm, with flexibility during quieter seasons. You'll bring a positive attitude, a team spirit, and a knack for organisation. If you've got experience in administration and purchasing, understand farming practices, and know your way around Microsoft Office, we'd love to hear from you.
