Your Role: Senior Finance Assistant
As Senior Finance Assistant, you will support the Elanco US Affiliate business, focusing on managing returns, credits, and shipment issues. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of these customer requirements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal practices. This role also involves collaborating with public warehouses and third-party manufacturers across the U.S.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer issues related to returns, credits, and shipment corrections, including pricing and transportation arrangements.
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, cGMP) and maintain accurate, organized documentation and computer files.
Actively participate in calls with distribution centers and collaborate with public warehouses, third-party manufacturers, and internal Customer Experience teams.
Monitor and manage error logs, utilize systems efficiently, and proactively suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of the animal health industry and Elanco practices, while performing all tasks safely and adhering to ergonomic guidelines.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma/GED
Experience working in an environment governed by GDPs (Good Documentation Practices)
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills (English is a must)
Costumer services, logistics or finance experience.

2 Years of related experience preferred
Knowledge in operating in SAP Software system
Experience and knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley
