Superior Irrigation & Electricis hiring a General Laborer - Irrigation Welderto join our team in Wiggins, CO (about 15 miles west of Fort Morgan). In this role you will be supporting our Center Pivot Technicians and Electricians in various tasks including equipment repair, welding, electrical installation, and other general labor.
We are a trusted Lindsay Zimmatic center pivot dealer located in Northeast Colorado. We specialize in center pivot repair, agricultural irrigation installation, and licensed electrical services for dairies, farms, and commercial operations. As a small business with a big reputation, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable service and a hardworking, team-oriented culture.
We offercompetitive compensation of $25 - $30 per hour based on experience, health insurance supplement, paid vacation, company vehicle use as necessary, and performance bonuses.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with the repair and installation of center pivot irrigation systems
- Support trenching, backhoe, and general excavation tasks
- Install and repair electrical systems for agricultural and commercial customers
- Weld and fabricate irrigation components (dog legs, pipelines, etc.)
- Maintain tools, inventory, and equipment in shop and field settings
- Perform general labor duties as needed to support field technicians
- Work in all types of weather and terrain

- Must be willing to work hard, stay busy, and be part of a close-knit team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with center pivot systems, welding, or electrical work
- General knowledge of agricultural tools and machinery (backhoe, loaders, etc.)
- Strong work ethic, quick learner, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift 100 lbs and work in harsh weather conditions
- English-speaking with clear communication skills
