Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality veterinary care to patients in accordance with medical protocols and standards of the clinic that you create.

Lead and mentor a team of veterinary professionals, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.

Collaborate with the hospital manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional client service.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care, client communication, and clinic profitability.

Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development among team members.

Serve as a liaison between the clinic and the support center, providing feedback and implementing best practices.
Requirements:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.

Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in New York State.

Proven experience in clinical veterinary practice, with a strong background in small animal medicine and surgery.

Leadership experience preferred, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on veterinary medical advancements.
