What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with organic grain producers and customers
Buy, sell, and market certified organic grains to maximize profitability
Monitor market trends and negotiate competitive contracts
Oversee logistics, documentation, and compliance with organic standards
Maintain accurate records and support transparent trading operations

What You Bring

Experience in grain merchandising or strong related ag industry experience
Proven understanding of grain markets, logistics, and contract negotiation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with grain trading software a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business needs
