THE ROLE
Exciting opportunity to lead the operations of a respected, large-scale fresh produce business supplying to major Australian and international markets. Reporting to the CEO, the purpose of this full-time role is to provide management and leadership to the Farm Operations team. You will ensure the effective and efficient supply of product to Production by controlling processes related to farmland, crop harvesting, and irrigation management.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Significant experience managing large-scale farm operations in the fresh produce or horticulture sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, performance targets, and compliance requirements.
- A solutions-focused, commercially astute approach to farm management.
- Relevant qualifications in Agriculture Management, Agronomy, or similar (desirable).
