We have an exciting opportunity for an
Assistant Farm Manager to join our dedicated team at a Breeder Laying Farm in Sleaford.
What you'll do:
- Support the Farm Manager in the day-to-day running of the farm.
- Ensure the highest standards of bird welfare, biosecurity, and health & safety.
- Monitor production performance and maintain accurate records.
- Lead and motivate the farm team to achieve operational excellence.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in poultry or livestock farming (breeder experience desirable).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with a passion for animal welfare.
- Flexibility
Working Hours:
Dependant on the Operational needs of the farm - Typically you will work a 48 hour week, 5/6 days from 7 including weekends and being on call
