H&M Farm Drainage and Excavating is seek Farm Operations Team Members to join our team in Kokomo, IN (about 60 miles north of Indianapolis). This is a hands-on role that involves physical labor and operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and trucks/trailers.
We are a locally owned company based in North Central Indiana. We proudly serve the surrounding area with high-quality farm drainage, water management, and general excavating services tailored to meet the needs of our agricultural community.

What you will be doing:
- Perform manual labor as needed on job sites (digging, lifting, moving materials, etc.)
- Operate farm, agriculture, and other heavy equipment including skid steers, excavators, and other machinery
- Assist with farm drainage installation and general excavation projects
- Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
This job is for you if you have:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to perform physical labor and handle tools/equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Team-oriented and dependable
- CDL is preferred but not required
- Experience with machinery or farm/agricultural drainage is highly valued, but we are willing to train the right candidate
