We are looking for results‑driven Inside Sales & Telesales Specialist to join our remote team. You will contact inbound and outbound prospects (farmers, cooperatives, distributors, and dealers), qualify leads, present our digital and hardware solutions, and help onboard customers.
This role is mainly inside sales (phone, Zoom, WhatsApp, email) — ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and closing deals without field travel.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management

Call and follow up with inbound leads from our website, email, and social media.
●
Conduct discovery calls and online demos (Zoom / Teams / Google Meet / WhatsApp) to explain our software and devices.
●
Proactively reach out to potential distributors or farm owners (B2B + B2C).
●
Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales with assistance from management when needed.
●
Update CRM with accurate notes, follow‑ups, and deal stages.
●
Achieve and report monthly sales targets (license sales + device sales).
Customer Support & Success
●
Guide new users through installation and first‑time setup.
●
Support customers via phone or messaging platforms for common issues.
●
Escalate complex technical cases to our support or engineering team.
●
Collect user feedback and relay insights to the marketing and product teams.
●
Build and maintain positive customer relationships that encourage renewals and referrals.
Requirements
●
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support (SaaS or AgriTech preferred).
●
Excellent spoken and written English; other languages a plus (Spanish, French, or Turkish).
●
Confident communication and persuasion skills.
●
Interest in agriculture, dairy farming, or livestock technology.
●
Comfortable working with software dashboards, devices, and remote tools.
●
Organized, self‑motivated, and target‑oriented.
●
Reliable internet connection, quiet work environment, and professional phone manner.
