Job Description 1.- Recepcionar, verificar y registrar documentación DYU; custodiarla digitalmente garantizando integridad. 2.- Preparar y enviar la documentación requerida al órgano regulador cuando corresponda. 3.- Registrar facturas Regulatorio y DYU en el sistema y actualizar su estado hasta cierre. 4.- Registrar importaciones y su documentación asociada; coordinar con Logística la información aduanera necesaria. 5.- Preparar y remitir a BSC/Finanzas la documentación de soporte para pagos de internación, importación y regulatorios. 6.- Hacer seguimiento con BSC/Finanzas hasta la conciliación y pago; gestionar observaciones que impidan el pago. 7.- Mantener y actualizar la Base de Datos de Resoluciones Sanitarias con trazabilidad de cambios. 8.- Elaborar y actualizar reportes operativos clave (Status de liberación de productos). 9.- Calcular incentivos de la fuerza de ventas de AH, asegurando el cumplimiento de la política aprobada. 10.- Registrar, analizar y reportar Special Conditions (SC) para entregar información accionable a las unidades de negocio que ayuden a la toma de decisiones. 11.- Implementar y mantener controles preventivos para reducir observaciones en auditorías y errores en pagos. 12.- Garantizar cumplimiento de requisitos de Compliance y de las políticas internas en todas las actividades. 13.- Mantener archivo digital organizado y actualizado. 14.- Brindar soporte ad-hoc a unidades de negocio según necesidades operativas.
