Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival and departure
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our clinic management system
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
Manage client records accurately and maintain confidentiality
Process payments and handle billing transactions efficiently
Assist with laboratory tasks as needed, such as preparing samples for shipment and running in house samples
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic areas
Manage inventory and process orders
Assist with the handling and husbandry of cats and dogs
Maintain sterility of surgical equipment

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing schedules and records
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
