Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival and departure
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our clinic management system
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage client records accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Process payments and handle billing transactions efficiently
- Assist with laboratory tasks as needed, such as preparing samples for shipment and running in house samples
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic areas
- Manage inventory and process orders
- Assist with the handling and husbandry of cats and dogs
- Maintain sterility of surgical equipment
Skills

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
