Position Overview
We are seeking a Farm Operator to support our 800-acre crop operation that supplies all feed for our cattle. This role includes a wide range of responsibilities throughout the growing and feeding seasons, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and being an important part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Operate farm equipment and machinery (perform maintenance as needed)

Assist with all aspects of planting, growing, and harvesting feed crops
·
Perform irrigation setup and monitoring
·
Support feedlot operations as needed
·
Haul feed, supplies, and equipment using farm trucks
·
Maintain attention to safety, animal welfare, and equipment care
Preferred Experience & Skills
·
Background in equipment and machinery operation
·
CDL preferred but not required
·
Ability to operate farm trucks and tractors with attachments
·
Strong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed
·
Flexibility to work varied hours during peak seasons
·
Prior experience in agriculture, crop production, or cattle operations a plus
Schedule & Benefits
