Your Role: Territory Manager – Pet Health Products
As the Territory Manager – Pet Health Products, you will be part of Elanco’s leading Pet Health business in New Zealand, promoting products that support the wellbeing of pets and their families. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing veterinary and retail accounts across the Central North Island, driving sales growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering outstanding customer support.
Your Responsibilities:
• Promote, sell, and merchandise Elanco’s Pet Health product range across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics and pet retail customers.
• Conduct training programs to enhance customer knowledge and support business partnerships.
• Provide technical assistance and ensure effective product use and positioning.
• Achieve territory sales objectives while managing budgets and territory expenditure.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment, ideally with account or territory management exposure.
• Top Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to work autonomously, stay organized, and achieve results in a dynamic field role.

• Experience in the animal health, pet care, or veterinary industry.
• A passion for pets and an understanding of pet health products.

Additional Information:
• Travel: Frequent travel required within the Central North Island (including overnight stays).
• Location: Ideally based centrally within the territory (Waikato or Bay of Plenty).
