Position Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Farm Coach to help our end users (swine farmers) excel their business. You will travel and visit customers in Belgium, providing excellent customer service, staying innovative and continuously improving our devices, management advice and services. Utilizing data analytics and optimizing processes will drive efficiency and growth. You will be the face of our company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective vaccination and management strategy with our devices (IDAL, readers, scales, trolleys) and LeeO portfolio. The goal is to drive sustainable technical performance and improved animal health and welfare by providing excellent technical support to our farmers.
Key components of the Farm Coach position include but are not limited to:
Passion for pig farming

Fully understand and know our customers. Support our customer to provide them to improve animal welfare, technical performance, sustainability, and financial performance
Excellent communicator
Working in close collaboration with Vets (internal and external), Sales, Marketing and KAM Livestock ID
Main Functional Responsibilities:
Create strong connection to AH department:
To position Animal Health department as the partner of choice in animal health and secure commitment to the company's portfolio
Continuous identification and analysis of customer performance
Maintain current client relationship and identifying growth areas for potential clients
Contacting potential clients to promote IDAL / LeeO solutions
Collaborate with sales to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
Strong understanding of company products and services
