The
Outside Sales Representative should be located within an hour of Wausau, WI is responsible for generating sales of new and used whole good equipment across all product lines offered. This role actively builds and maintains relationships with current and prospective customers while promoting the full range of parts, service, and precision technology solutions. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, market growth, and overall business success through professional, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented sales practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Secure and finalize all sales transactions, maintain a detailed log of customer inquiries, and complete sales for tracking and follow-up using our CRM system
- Maintain regular contact with customers before, during, and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships within the assigned territory
- Provide current and prospective customers with information on products, services, and value-added solutions
- Actively participate in weekly sales meetings; contribute ideas and feedback to support a collaborative and effective sales team
- Attend educational seminars, trade shows, and industry events to expand product knowledge, enhance selling techniques, and develop business contacts
- Promote and sell the full range of products and services, and stay current on inventory levels and product availability to ensure accurate customer communication
- Achieve sales goals and gross profit margins
Qualifications

- Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Ag Sales, Crop Science, Ag Mechanics, Ag Tech, or related degree, or 2-4-year Technical Degree
- Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems quickly
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, with the ability to maintain clean, structured, and well-managed sales processes
- Strong mathematical aptitude with the ability to calculate pricing, margins, and financing accurately
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Knowledge of equipment (Agricultural, Construction, and/or Consumer), agronomy practices, precision agriculture technologies, and/or telematics and technical support, product demonstrations, or equipment training
