This operation farms over 9,000 acres of corn and soybeans, using late-model John Deere equipment and top-tier precision technology.\r\n \r\n\r\nThis position will take part in all aspects of row crop production—from tillage and planting through harvest and post-harvest grain handling. Off-season duties include equipment maintenance, fabrication, tillage prep, grain hauling, and shop work to ensure all machinery is field-ready before spring.\r\n\r\nThe ideal candidate will have a solid agronomic understanding, strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to adapt to seasonal changes and varying workloads.
