Job Description: Our client is seeking a confident and experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to take on a leadership role within a friendly and progressive practice. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian ready to step up into a team leadership position while maintaining a rewarding balance between clinical and surgical work.
Qualifications Needed:
- VCI-registered Veterinary Surgeon or eligible to register in Ireland
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ small animal clinical experience
- Strong surgical and diagnostic skills with leadership ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation to foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
Package:
- Full-time position, 4-day week (40 hours) with flexibility available
- 1 in 3 Saturday rota with minimal Sunday on-call (1:10)
- Salary starting from €70,000 depending on experience
