AgHires is hiring a Sales Support & CRM Specialist, remote based, to support our sales and marketing efforts by maintaining data integrity, improving CRM efficiency, and providing critical administrative and project support. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys working across systems and teams to enhance business performance.

An impactful candidate will bring:
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM features and functionality.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
- Agriculture and/or food industry knowledge or background is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong comfort with various computer and software applications or systems.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Support
- Research target companies/contacts to build prospect lists, add to HubSpot sequences, and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team with potential clients.
- Follow up with unresponsive leads or re-engage cold contacts through email outreach.
- Create and edit sales sheets, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Create and maintain resources, process guides, and documentation for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Develop and write job descriptions for client hiring projects.
- Post jobs on the AgHires website for clients, sales, and recruiting teams as needed.
- Track and update job performance metrics.
HubSpot CRM and Contact Management
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM to improve efficiency, enhance reporting, and empower Sales and Marketing teams to use CRM tools effectively, directly impacting business growth and scalability.
- Add and update contacts, companies, and deals to ensure data accuracy.
- Clean up duplicate records and maintain consistent formatting across all properties.
- Tag and segment contacts/companies by source, sector, lead status, industry, or region.
- Create, personalize, and schedule workflows for nurturing leads.
- Upload and organize sales collateral (presentations, case studies, PDFs) within HubSpot.
- Support new HubSpot functionality, integrations, and automations to streamline processes.
