Insider is looking for a Building Maintenance and Repair Specialist to keep our facilities running seamlessly and ensure our workspaces meet the high standards of a fast-paced, global scale-up. This person will perform repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building infrastructure and fixtures, covering electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems. They will conduct daily inspection rounds to identify potential malfunctions, plan and execute preventive maintenance, and coordinate with external service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of all work. Precision in record-keeping, adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, and a proactive, results-driven approach are essential. Speed is the expectation, excellence is the baseline.
Responsibilities;
- Perform repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building infrastructure and fixtures within company facilities and common areas,
- Carry out regular maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems,
- Conduct daily inspection rounds to identify potential malfunctions and plan necessary preventive maintenance,
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., maintenance and repair companies) and follow up on completed work,
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities,
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements;
- Aged between 27 and 35,
- Graduate of a vocational or technical high school (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing departments),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance and repair,
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems,
- Skilled in troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and execution,
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and ability to work well in a team,
- Flexible and able to adapt to varying working hours when required,
- Preferably familiar with building automation systems,
- Completed military service (for male candidates),
- Possesses a valid Class B driver’s license and is an active driver.
