Overview
Location: Chennai
- To spear head and lead the Layer sales team in India to promote sales in layer segment to achieve the organization goal
- Build a strong image for the organization and facilitate the multi-level contact with them, identify the customers’ need and work closely with marketing and technical for developing and providing solutions to the institutions.
- Responsible for the targeted growth in sales and gross profit achievement.
- Work Environment: Off Site – In field
- Necessitates 16-18 days of business travel in a month.
Responsibilities
- Exceed the budgeted sales with high productivity ratio.
- Meet the budget and achievement of sales, GM on YOY basis.
- To Build the Layer team, supervise and increase market penetration and market share significantly.
- To work along with marketing, technical and research for new product development and solutions to address layer farmer issues.
- Ensure the collections within the agreed norms as per the business conditions agreed upon.
- Evaluate from time to time the satisfaction levels about the services & products provided and the expectations from various levels of decision makers, gate keepers or influencers.
- Vigilant of the competition and the market trends and upcoming avenues
- Explore the new market potentiality.
- Closely work with all layer sales team for the achievement of territory budget
- Colloborate with key opinion leaders to advocate Kemin products and services
- To conduct trainings and layer farmer seminars in coordination with technical and marketing.
Qualifications
M.VSc/ related field in Veterinary Science/Graduate with MBA/ 7-10 years of experience in Layer Management or in hatcheries and related field.
