missions :
Within our Legal Department based in Paris, we are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with at least 8 years of experience.
This position reports to the Legal Manager for Western Europe/Middle East/Africa. The Senior Legal Counsel will primarily focus on negotiating transactions and drafting a wide variety of contracts with significant distribution and competition law implications, as well as managing any associated litigation. They will also be responsible for developing training programs to raise awareness of commercial and competition law issues among various stakeholders within the company.
Your
profile :
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Competition and Contract Law,
Distribution/Commercial Law, or a related field; Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment or law firm.
You are a specialist in European and French regulations concerning competition restrictions, technology transfers, and anti-competitive practices.
You have excellent written and spoken English skills and are adept at navigating cultural differences.
You are comfortable with new technologies and digital tools within the context of Ceva's Legal Department's digital transformation.
You are a dynamic individual, known for your precision, organizational skills, responsiveness, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.
