\r\n\r\nJob ID: R2000601183\r\n \r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWe’re seeking a Senior Producer to drive delivery excellence and client leadership working across all mediums from digital and social, to print and broadcast. Your work will help drive growth for our brand partners and our agency.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, ensuring every initiative is executed with precision and creativity. You will have a strong background in leading creative, as well as account and client teams, through complex production workflows. You will also coordinate with the social, strategy and experiential teams to ensure cohesive, high impact content across all touchpoints.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe Senior Producer will report to the Head of Production and lead a team of agency producers supporting various brand initiatives.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you’ll do:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCollaborate with our creative, operations and client teams to ensure creative campaigns and strategies are brought to life on time and on budget\r\n\tDevelop and implement production plans, act as the primary point of contact between agency teams and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle\r\n\tDevelop and manage project budgets through bidding, production estimate creation and project reconciliation\r\n\tCultivate strong relationships with agency, client and vendor partners\r\n\tProvide guidance and input to creative teams throughout the concepting and production phases ensuring all ideas presented are feasible and aligned with business goals and constraints\r\n\tStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and creative best practices\r\n\tLead, coach, and mentor associate producers to drive delivery excellence across portfolios\r\n\tContribute to the evolution of delivery best practices, tools, and processes within the agency\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you’ll bring:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t7-10 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and delivering complex projects\r\n\tProven leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate and direct cross-functional teams\r\n\tStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities\r\n\tDetail-oriented, strong initiative, self-organizing and highly skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\r\n\tExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills\r\n\tDeep working knowledge of production workflows, project management tools and production software\r\n\tProficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
