Meridian Veterinary Clinic Receptionist (Full-Time)
Meridian Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced, compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! We are a privately owned, community-focused practice and proudly offer small animal medicine and surgery to the Tri-Municipal Region.

Schedule
This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday rotation of:
- 8:00 am–5:00 pm
- 9:00 am–6:00 pm
- You will also work one Saturday per month (8:00 am–4:00 pm), with a day off in lieu at our sister clinic, located in Spruce Grove.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the veterinary field or comparable medical field (required)
- A warm, professional communicator who thrives in a client-facing role
- Someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and takes pride in organization and detail
Role Responsibilities:
The Veterinary Receptionist is a key member of our team and the first point of contact for our clients.
Duties include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients and their pets with professionalism and compassion
- Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and managing daily scheduling flow
- Updating client information, including medical history and insurance details
- Providing administrative support to veterinarians and technicians
- Maintaining a clean, organized reception and waiting area
- Processing payments and issuing accurate invoices
- Offering basic guidance on pet care, vaccinations, and preventive health
