Coverage for a maternity leave position- 12 -14 months with potential opportunity of continued employment.

This is a perfect job for someone who likes cows. It’s about animal health and working on a dairy farm.

The hours often 4am until daily chores are completed around noon. With occasional afternoon shifts to 4:30 pm. Every 2nd weekend required.

What you will do: Be part of a team to complete basic animal husbandry such as: feeding calves and milking cows. Assisting in herd management duties. Ensure good health and welfare of each calf born on the farm by monitoring animals as well a maintaining health records.
