Services include frac sand storage trucking sand production and transloading.ÂThis position will be located at our Buffalo Grass terminal located between Carlsbad and Hobbs New Mexico.Position SummaryThis position is responsible for leading and participating in the work of a crew performing plant operations switching operations material handling and general site maintenance and repair.Key ResponsibilitiesSafe and efficient start up operation shut down of the conveyor systems bucket elevator dust collectors and scale load-out points. Prioritize daily duties/tasks communicate with management and customers and maintain written or electronic recordsEnsure proper work methods and standards; monitor crew work quality; ensure adherence to time schedules and safe work practices provide performance feedback and input for managementÂAssist with safety committee meetings and morning safety talksTrain and onboard new operations workersCommunicate and coordinate with management customers and shift crewWhat is expected of you and others at this levelHas developed expertise typically through a combination of job-related training and considerable on the job experienceTypically acts as a lead coordinating the work of others but is not a supervisorWorks autonomously within established procedures and practicesHas developed a specialized level of skill to perform assigned tasksEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required5+ yearsâ relevant experience requiredPhysical Requirements and Working EnvironmentMust be able to stand for an extended period of timeAbility to frequently lift/push/pull up to 75 poundsMust be able to climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 180 feetWorks indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperaturesWorking conditions could include dust fumes moderate noise and uneven surfacesThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
