Job Description: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Mixed Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, multi-vet team in scenic County Fermanagh. The practice has a long-standing reputation for excellent client relationships and quality animal care, offering a genuinely mixed caseload that can be tailored towards large or small animals depending on the candidate’s preference.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing routine and emergency care across a range of farm and companion animal cases
- Working independently on farm visits and consultations while collaborating with colleagues when required
- Carrying out diagnostic investigations, fertility work, and herd/flock health planning
- Delivering small animal consultations, surgeries, and preventive care when scheduled
- Maintaining high standards of client communication and professional record keeping
- Participating in a shared out-of-hours rota and contributing to team learning
Qualifications Needed:
- MRCVS or eligibility for RCVS registration
- Experience in mixed practice or a strong interest in developing within it
- Confidence in routine farm or companion animal work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and CPD
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently with attention to detail
