Job Description: Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced small animal veterinarian to join their long-established and well-regarded practice. You’ll be joining a friendly team of veterinarians with varied interests, supported by skilled veterinary nurses and reception staff. The clinic is well-equipped with digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house Idexx suite, and modern clinical software, allowing you to provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative care with ease.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality medical, diagnostic, and surgical care to small animal patients
- Carrying out consultations, health checks, and preventative treatments
- Maintaining clear and detailed medical records for all cases
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure excellent service
- Participating in collaborative case discussions and contributing to continuous improvement
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of two years’ small animal clinical experience
- Confidence in performing surgical and diagnostic procedures
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and compassionate care
