You’ll inherit an existing customer ledger, supporting farmers with their feeding requirements and managing orders. This is a field based role with regular travel to farms.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThis position forms part of a longer term succession plan, offering the right candidate the chance to step into a well established patch and develop their career with a stable, forward thinking business.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAlongside maintaining strong relationships with current customers, you’ll be expected to grow the business by identifying and engaging new farms.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat we’re looking for:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProven experience selling directly to farmers\r\n\tStrong understanding of ruminant nutrition\r\n\tConfident communicator with a customer first mindset\r\n\tBased in or near the territory\r\n\tFull UK driving licence\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe role:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProvide feeding advice and product support\r\n\tBuild strong relationships with farmers\r\n\tManage feed orders and customer accounts\r\n\tTravel across the territory visiting farms\r\n\tDrive business development and sales growth\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe package:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCompetitive salary (based on experience)\r\n\tCompany vehicle\r\n\tPension\r\n\r\n
