\r\n\r\nJob ID: R2000623079 \r\n \r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAs a Sr. Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by handling and optimizing SaaS Applications, including Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, Jaggaer and DocuSign. Your technical prowess and strategic attitude will be key in ensuring projects within these applications will be executed seamlessly. This position offers a unique blend of technical challenges and strategic decision-making within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat You’ll Do:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tProvide expert support for SAP Cloud Applications (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, Jaggaer, DocuSign) and manage project in the applications.\r\n\tManage deployment and integration projects, implement, and maintain RPA tools.\r\n\tDevelop documents for standard configuration, drive process improvements, and aid automation efforts.\r\n\tWork within the Agile framework, manage product backlog, and facilitate change management.\r\n\tBe flexible, take on new responsibilities, and collaborate with the team to improve support activities and standards.\r\n\tFollow a defined project management methodology, ensuring that the solution implemented is both supportable and sustainable.\r\n\tImplement improvements to the applications and major project deliveries.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhat you Bring:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tUniversity degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.\r\n\tHands-on experience with SAP Cloud applications (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, Jaggaer) or other SaaS applications.\r\n\tGood knowledge of technical support, testing, defect resolution, and SAP implementation methodologies.\r\n\tDemonstrated experience in the IT project delivery function; proven success developing and implementing solutions within a multi-stakeholder organization\r\n\tDemonstrated knowledge and experience in project management best practices\r\n\tProficiency in troubleshooting and deep knowledge of SAP Cloud applications including proficient in Agile Delivery Framework.\r\n\tKnowledge of REST APIs, proficiency in using Postman for testing, and excellent problem-solving abilities.\r\n\tBasic programming in JavaScript or Python and familiarity with cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) are added advantages.\r\n\tExperience in product related role is desirable.\r\n\tExperience in SaaS applications (example SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur, Jaggaer)\r\n\tAriba/FG/Concur certifications an asset.\r\n\tPMP certification or equivalent an asset.\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nIf you’re up to the challenge, then we would love to hear from you.
