Parks Livestock is hiring a Logistics Support Coordinator to join our team in Danville, IL (about 35 miles east of Champaign). In this role you will be supporting our transportation and livestock logistics operations by ensuring trucking, dispatching, and livestock movement run efficiently.
Parks Companies is a leader in livestock transportation and marketing across the U.S. and Canada. We transport livestock, primarily hogs and other swine, with some cattle across the country, with a strong presence throughout the Midwest. Along with our transportation services, we operate trailer wash facilities, roaster pig harvesting, and swine finishing buildings.

What you will be doing:
- Process driver settlements, reimbursements, and accounts payable
- Maintain accurate records in Axon logistics software
- Assist dispatch with order entry, routing updates, and communication related to livestock and swine transportation
- Sort and file key operational documents (fuel receipts, load sheets, ag livestock paperwork, etc.)
- Answer phone calls and provide timely, helpful support to drivers
- Collaborate with dispatch, accounting, and livestock marketing teams to keep operations running smoothly
This job is for you if you have:
- Administrative or office experience (background in transportation, trucking, agriculture, or logistics is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to answer calls after hours and weekends (rotation)
- Ability to learn and use software tools; Axon experience is a bonus
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
