The ideal candidate understands how to support staff, uplift client experiences, and make smart business decisions that help the hospital thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of veterinary professionals
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and respectful workplace
- Coach staff in communication, client service, and workflow efficiency
Human Resources & Administration
- Manage HR functions including hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, and corrective actions
- Oversee scheduling, time management, and payroll
- Uphold hospital policies, professional standards, and our core values
Operations & Workflow
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all departments
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and functional working environment
- Oversee and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
- Monitor and improve workflow efficiency throughout the clinic
Finance & Business Management
- Understand key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support financial success through budgeting, expense oversight, and operational decisions
- Collaborate with ownership on practice growth and strategic planning
Inventory & Vendor Management
- Maintain accurate inventory levels
- Oversee ordering, pricing, and vendor relationships
- Optimize inventory systems for efficiency and cost control

Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
