The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Part-time Receptionist to join our team for 32 hours per week.
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients - creating a positive and comforting experience for both pets and their owners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while working as part of a well-established team that is supportive and kind.
Our Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a customer facing and/or reception role within the animal industry/ clinic environment is preferred.

Are confident handling busy phones and managing competing priorities

Communicate clearly and compassionately

Are organised, reliable, and proactive

Enjoy working as part of a supportive, close-knit team

Have a genuine love for animals

Knowledge of Ezyvet would be great but not essential

Certificate III in Animal Studies would prove beneficial, however not essential
