Your Role:Credit & Collections Specialist
As a Credit & Collections Specialist, you will be instrumental in mitigating credit risk and managing collections. You will provide top-quality service to English and Spanish-speaking customers, performing in-depth financial analysis and ensuring timely payments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide top quality service to English and Spanish-speaking customers in the area of Credit and Collections.
- Perform in-depth analysis of all available customer financial statements, payment trends & financial ratios, and market information.
- Conduct regular timely analysis of the customer portfolio to ensure timely payments.
- Execute monthly AR accounts reconciliations and present findings to relevant parties.
- Release Sales Orders credit in a compliant and timely manner.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- University degree (or equivalent work experience).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in O2C functions in SAP FCSM or FI modules.
- Communicative Spanish (at least B2 level) and fluency in English.
- Proactive mindset with experience in analysis and problem-solving, and ability to prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables under time pressure.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- Active participation in SAP implementation in the O2C area.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a global team environment and communicate effectively with both internal business partners and external Business Process Outsourced team members.
- Demonstrated strong compliance-oriented mindset and ability to help build a strong compliance culture.
- Strong Continuous Improvement oriented approach.
