In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality emergency and critical care for small animals during day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Managing acute medical and surgical cases under the guidance of experienced specialists
- Collaborating closely with nursing and support teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Making confident, timely decisions in fast-paced clinical situations
- Maintaining professionalism and empathy when supporting clients through emergencies
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent qualification
- Eligibility for registration with the Veterinary Practitioners Board of New South Wales
- Minimum two years of full-time veterinary experience
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage emergency caseloads independently
