Your Role: 药厂机械工程师

Provide technical support in aspects of equipment, pipelines, machinery and production automation to various departments of the factory, ensuring compliance with GMP and HSE requirements. Offer professional guidance and training for engineering maintenance, and complete relevant projects and technological transformation tasks with guaranteed quality and quantity.
Your Responsibilities:
为工程维修组提供有关设备,管道,机械和生产自动化方面的技术支持,解决生产过程中的机械故障和自动化控制问题，指导运行系统的不断优化和改进工作,确保生产系统可靠稳定和高效率；
Provide technical support to the engineering maintenance team regarding equipment, pipelines, machinery, and production automation. Solve mechanical failures and automation control problems during the production process, guide the continuous optimization and improvement of the operating system, and ensure the reliable, stable, and high - efficiency operation of the production system.
起草工厂投资项目和技改中设备的机械和自动化专业的技术要求，指导监督设备的安装和调试，完成设备及系统的验证验收和转固。所涉及的主要设备包括：粉料混合机，粉料粉碎机，粉料包装机，包衣机及辅助系统，GMP空调系统，软水/纯水系统，锅炉系统和空压机，冷冻机，冷却塔，输送泵，储罐等动力供应设备。
Draft the technical requirements for the mechanical and automation specialties of equipment in factory investment projects and technological transformation, guide and supervise the installation and commissioning of equipment, and complete the verification, acceptance, and fixed - asset transfer of equipment and systems. The main equipment involved includes powder mixers, powder crushers, powder packaging machines, coating machines and auxiliary systems, GMP air - conditioning systems, soft water/pure water systems, boiler systems, and power supply equipment such as air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, transfer pumps, and storage tanks.

Analyze and evaluate equipment according to engineering standards and GMP/HSE requirements, maintain and update the annual equipment maintenance plan, and be responsible for its effective implementation.
协调项目实施过程中部门与施工队伍之间的关系,确保技术措施和控制项目执行任务的有效管理,保证项目实施过程中的安全, 进度，质量和费用控制等；
Coordinate the relationship between departments and construction teams during the project implementation process, ensure the effective management of technical measures and the execution tasks of control projects, and guarantee the safety, progress, quality, and cost control during the project implementation process.
与生产、安全、质量、技术团队紧密合作，确保公司内部的改变控制，偏差调查等的顺利实施；
Work closely with the production, safety, quality, and technical teams to ensure the smooth implementation of change control, deviation investigation, etc. within the company.
参与供应商技术评估，跟进关键零部件的选型、采购及验收;
Participate in the technical evaluation of suppliers, follow up the selection, procurement, and acceptance of key components.
配合GMP、HSE审计，提供专业技术支持和完成相关整改项；
Cooperate with GMP and HSE audits, provide professional technical support and complete relevant rectification items.
对于新的或改进的设备,为工程维修人员和生产操作人员,提供专业化的培训。
Provide professional training for engineering maintenance personnel and production operators for new or improved equipment.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
五年以上相关工作经验, 熟悉制药工厂的相关行业知识，具有混合机械设备,动力设备,包装机械设备等相关的专业技术能力。
More than five years of relevant work experience, familiar relevant industry knowledge of pharmaceutical factories, and possess professional technical capabilities related to mixing machinery, power equipment, packaging machinery etc.
